Sticky sidebar option#15

Description
When I’m scrolling down a page
I want to be able to still see the sidebar
So I can click on or access the sidebar pages

Current behaviour
No way to see the sidebar after scrolling

Expected behaviour
A way to enable sticky sidebar, so I can see it after scrolling.

I second this motion.
