Having to opening the underlying document before it shows up#400

We have been having an issue recently with our YNAW which we share with all our new joiners.

Nothing shows up for a new joiner unless they navigate to the google drive the files are stored in, opens up one of the Google Docs and then refreshes YNAW.

Only then does that information in that specific folder show up
