Add Move Top & Move Bottom menu items#457

I often need to reorder Sidebar menu items and the Move up - Move down pop-out menu is a real pain to use with lots of items.

A drag-and-drop option would be deluxe but in lieu of that, adding Move Top and Move Bottom menu items will accelerate the process as I am usually trying to elevate an item to the top.

The combination of these four menus will really speed up rearranging the Sidebar menu.

Good suggestion Paul and thanks for including the icons. I think will do this first and then follow up with drag and drop. If I can sneak this in as part of the rewrite I will.
