Ability to add an external link without creating a document#484

Problem:
I want to create external links in my wiki sidebar, but I don’t want it to create files in Drive as it creates unecessary files.

Job to be done:
When I’m creating an external link, I want to create it without adding a file in my Drive folder. So I can keep my Drive folder organized and containing relevant files.

Notes:

• Still allow the ability to create a link with a document, as this allows for custom permissions to be set. This could be a checkbox when creating the link.
