Account syncing issue#502

There are issues when inviting someone whereby they cannot see the wiki.

Issues:

• Inviting someone to a new wiki via the custom domain does not show, if they access it via youneedawiki.com and then the custom domain it does show.
• Occasionally inviting someone to a shared drive does not show
• Occasionally deleting a wiki does not remove it from the client’s cache

Fix:

• Disable client side caching
• Show an error for custom domains and non-custom domains if the wiki does not load
