Share private wiki without requiring drive permissions from users#618

It is possible to share a wiki using only the permissions of the owner. Doing this would reduce the friction required for other users to access the wiki.

This would require the owner to set a email suffix (or specify individual emails) as we cannot get individual emails from group permissions on the drive folder (as far as I’m aware), which would be required for this functionality.

We would also have to proxy content from the api to prevent users from gaining access to other files within the owners drive.
